The Sheraton Kowloon is a great choice for a stay in Hong Kong with its excellent location near transportation options, superb views, and friendly service. However, noise levels can be a bit bothersome, and recent price changes may affect the overall value.

The rooms, with the incredible legendary Wanda from the corridor outside, are on par with other 5-Star hotels in Hong Kong, offering good space, facilities, and great views of the surroundings. The bathroom and dressing areas were very nice.

The staff at Sheraton Kowloon are very friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, during the riots happening outside, I expected a bit more assistance, especially with transportation options.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff, especially Ms. Mikiko Watanabe, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, right off Nathan Road and adjacent to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. However, the dining options were limited and pricey for what was offered.
